This was a callback after a major plumbing repair from a category 3 blackwater flood back in June of 2024. The work was completed in January and we had not used this bathroom; this was the guest bathroom. The water pressure was not working at full pressure in the shower. The plumber took care of the issue at no cost, was professional, and corrected the issue in a timely manner.

Years later, I'm at a new location and once again called Dial Duron. The technician who came out today did a great job and I am so thankful they were able to work late on a Saturday. The office staff was wonderful also and kept me updated on when he was coming. The guys who put the new AC unit into my shop were wonderful! They ran into a glitch but figured it out and stuck with it to finish the job. I appreciated the courteous, cheerful service, since I know working in this heat is brutal. DD and installer Yeudy Figueroa did a great job for us! Unfortunately, we had a water heater tank failure and DD had Yeudy out to us within 90 minutes of us calling. He quickly diagnosed the situation and not only found us an available water heater but also that our failed unit was still under warranty. THEN he and DD were able to come back out that afternoon and get it installed, and we were up and running. Yeudy was professional and knowledgeable, and the install was done quickly. Many thanks to the whole DD team that was able to get us back with a new unit and hot water in less than 8 hours from my phone call. Highly recommend!

Ben did a good job but the humidity in the water heater continues to make the alarm sound. I know it is not Benjamin's fault but Rheem should find a way to stop the alarm. Ben instructed me to wait 24 hours and reset and if the alarm did not reset, call Dial Duron to solve the issue.

Gideon had a very happy attitude even though it was late after-hours service call on a Friday night. My drain line had a clog that wasn't moving through the system even with the suctioning of the vacuum. We poured down half a gallon of vinegar and water earlier that day as we did not see any water dripping on the outside unit when we were mowing. But evidently, it caused a clog in the line which shut down my thermostat and shut down my whole AC system. So Gideon was kind enough to do a very good job with the shop vac. Gideon suctioned the line for almost 25 minutes. So 1 hour later after he arrived, I have my air back on. As soon as the clog cleared the line from the suctioning of the vacuum, my thermostat and unit kicked on automatically. I knew the drain was cleaned out well because I could hear the vacuum suctioning from the outside unit to the inside unit so the line was nice and open. That's how it should be done! 😊

3/2025: Another semi-annual A/C servicing went very well. I really like having the system checked out for peace of mind. Joshua has offered me a good deal on a UV light installation to better eliminate growth of mold and bacteria. I'm considering but not ready to pull the trigger on that. Appreciate not getting a hard sell. I really like the professionalism and consideration of the employees from this company I've met so far. 8/2024: Troy came out to do our semi-annual plumbing inspection. All is still well with our newer home, but I'm glad to have a professional available in case things change. He had a couple of recommendations for us but no pressure. It is a good idea to upgrade water supply lines in the laundry room sink and washer. Not as well done as the rest of the house. I'm happy to have this service.
